The chef – cook Nikolai Khvalynskiy offers harmonious and exquisite menu specially made for these days- for the representatives of all the generations and all gastronomic schools. Parma ham and meat terrine, gourmet fish and caviar, flavoured soup, confit duck leg, veal tongue in oyster sauce, selection of cheeses, fabulous desserts and a lot of sparkling wine.
