Awards Ceremony for the first professional competition of hotels and restaurants
At 5th of December, the Official State Hermitage Hotel hosted an Awards Ceremony for the first professional competition of hotels and restaurants HORECA “UP” Ultra Professional.
For six months, experts, judges and organizers conducted a rigorous selection among the best restaurateurs and hoteliers in Russia. The experts and the jury including heads of hotel departments, specialists in tourism and the HoReCa segment, Restaurant owners and chefs, Heads of tour operators specializing in receiving guests of the city.
The Official State Hermitage Hotel was a general partner of the project.
General Director of the Official State Hermitage Hotel Eduard Babayev congratulated the winners, wished good luck and further professional success.
Aims of the HORECA “UP” project:
- Creation of the conditions for interaction of the hotel and restaurant community based on professional interests;
- Creation of principles for assessing professional activities of hotels and restaurants and their employees as a measure for judgement the industry citywide
- Identification of the leaders of the hotel and restaurant industry through professional peer review.
