The Russian Imperial Cuisine menu is based on the historical recipes of the 18th century. The chef Vladimir Grishukov has rekindled the traditional dishes of the Imperial Court and added the hint of the modern gastronomy.
The Russian salad with crayfish tails, or the Sterlet cooked on spruce steam with black biscuit and parsnip cream, or the Beef fillet served with organic vegetables, shall provide you with the insight of the Russian Imperial Cuisine.
