Gift Certificate
The certificate holder can choose any services within the certificate amount (available RUR 2000-10000).
Certificate Usage Terms
- The Gift Certificate acknowledges the advance payment for Spa services and empowers the holder to use these services in Monplaisir Spa within the Certificate amount.
- The Certificate is personalized and can be used by one holder only once.
- If the amount of services used within the Certificate is lower than the Certificate amount, no cash compensation provided.
- If the amount of services used within the Certificate exceeds the Certificate amount the Certificate holder pays the remainder.
- The Gift Certificate is not a subject to return or cash refund.
- The Spa services are given to the holder upon the Certificate submission only.
- The Gift Certificate is valid within six months period from the point of sale.
- To make use of the service within the Gift Certificate, the holder is to make a pre-booking at least three days before visiting Spa Monplaisir.

- Spa fee for hotel guests is RUR 1500/person per 2 hours (including jacuzzi, hammam, sauna)
- Spa fee for non-hotel guests is RUR 3000/person per 2 hours (including jacuzzi, hammam, sauna)
- Spa area rent (individual occupation) is RUR 19000 per 2 hrs; every next hour is RUR 9500 (up to 6 persons)
- Children under 12 years old can visit Spa under parental supervision only
